W Nashville boasts over 24,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space

 

  • Total Meeting Space: 24,392 sq. ft.

  • Meeting Rooms: 10

  • Largest Room: 6,102 sq. ft.

  • Second Largest Room: 4,400 sq. ft.

  • Outdoor Space: 17,052 sq. ft.

Great Room: The hotel's flagship event space, accommodating up to 750 guests for receptions. It features retractable air walls for customizable layouts.

Strategy Room: A junior ballroom with 3,348 sq. ft., suitable for up to 300 guests. It can be divided into three rooms and offers ample natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. 

Studios: Each offers 686 sq. ft. of space with outdoor terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows, ideal for breakout sessions or intimate gatherings.

Boardroom: A 600 sq. ft. space equipped with a projector and screen, featuring two walls of windows for natural light.

The Lawn is a dynamic outdoor event space on the second floor, perfect for ceremonies or receptions. 

The Sound Room: An indoor/outdoor lounge hidden behind a wall of speakers, complete with a bar, customizable for various events.
